Family Mini Session

I had a wonderful chat with this family after their session. One thing we talked about are boundaries. I am an empath- and have the ability {blessing or curse, depending on the day} to sense the mental and emotional state of others. This makes me especially vulnerable to burn-out. This talk with this family on that night is exactly what I needed. Not because it made me want to give less but because it remined me that it is okay to say “no” and to be picky about how and with whom I spend my time. I’m grateful for all the people that find their way to me because when I am with you- there is no place I’d rather be.
